JOHN H. CAMPBELL III - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. John H. Campbell III serves as Chief Executive Officer of Percussion Petroleum III, LLC, most recently serving as CO-CEO of Percussion Petroleum II, LLC and CEO of Percussion Petroleum I, LLC. Prior to co-founding Percussion, Mr. Campbell was a Sr. Business Development Engineer at Rockcliff Energy where his responsibilities included acquisitions and divestitures, relationship management and proprietary deal sourcing. Prior to Rockcliff, Mr. Campbell was a production and completions engineer in the Ark-La-Tex, Mid-Con and Permian basins at Quantum Resources Management. Mr. Campbell began his career at El Paso E&P serving in various engineering roles.  

Mr. Campbell holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

ANDREW MCCOOEY - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McCooey serves as Chief Financial Officer at Percussion Petroleum III, LLC, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Percussion II. Prior to joining Percussion, Mr. McCooey was Vice President of Finance at Sabinal Energy, where he was responsible for the company’s finance, treasury, hedging, insurance, and marketing functions.  Prior to Sabinal Energy, Mr. McCooey began his career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan where he advised energy companies on mergers and acquisitions and raising capital in the equity and debt markets.

Mr. McCooey holds a B.A. in Biochemistry and an M.B.A. from Rice University.

JERICK YUEN - Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Jerick Yuen serves as Chief Accounting Officer for Percussion Petroleum III, LLC, most recently serving as Vice President of Accounting at Percussion II. Prior to joining Percussion, Mr. Yuen was the Corporate Controller at Frostwood Energy, LLC where he oversaw all accounting functions including operations accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and tax.  Prior to Frostwood Energy, Mr. Yuen was the Corporate Controller of Luxe Energy, LLC and its affiliates.  Mr. Yuen began his career as an audit associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Houston, Texas, primarily serving public energy clients. 

Mr. Yuen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. and a M.P.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

COLBY CARPENTER - Executive Vice President of Subsurface

Mr. Carpenter serves as Executive Vice President of Subsurface at Percussion Petroleum III, LLC.  Prior to joining Percussion, Mr. Carpenter was Director of Engineering at Riverbend Energy Group, where he applied his experience in both operations and reservoir engineering to advise on reservoir characteristics of operated and non-operated acquisitions, led all completion efforts and managed day to day activities for Riverbend’s operated and non-operated assets.  Prior to Riverbend, Mr. Carpenter began his career as a reservoir and completions engineer at Pioneer Natural Resources serving the reserves budget and planning group and Eagle Ford completion team.

Mr. Carpenter holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A &M University and a B. B. A. in Finance from Loyola University.

ANDREW POLLACK - Vice President of Geology

Mr. Andrew Pollack serves as Vice President of Geology of Percussion Petroleum III, LLC. Prior to joining Percussion, Mr. Pollack was a Vice President at Citigroup, where he applied his experience in subsurface characterization to advise on acquisitions and divestitures across the Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, and Appalachian basins.  Prior to Citi, Mr. Pollack was a senior geologist for Venado Oil & Gas where his responsibilities included acquisitions, asset development and operations in the Eagle Ford.  Mr. Pollack began his career at Devon Energy serving in various exploration, development, and operational geoscience roles focused in the Mid-Continent.

Mr. Pollack holds a B.S. in Geosciences from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Geological Sciences from The University of South Carolina.
